What's New In Repigo 2.2.0
Repigo 2.2.0 makes it easier to find your next workout, review weight increases, and adjust a session while you train. It also adds a yearly workout calendar and brings your programs, workouts, and exercises together under Library.
Key Takeaways
- Find your next program workout with Next Up and return quickly to an active session.
- Review suggested weight increases and adjust sets or intervals while you train.
- See a year of completed workouts and find your programs, workouts, and exercises in Library.
Find Your Next Workout With Next Up
Open the Workout tab with a program active and you'll see Next Up above the tab bar. It points to the workout that follows your latest completed session in the program's order, and the same workout is marked in the list.
Tap the shortcut to review the workout before starting. If a duration estimate is available, you'll also see an approximate finish time based on starting now. You can still choose a different workout whenever you want.
After you complete a workout, Next Up suggests the next one in your program. After the final workout, it starts again with the first.
Quick Resume works with any active workout, including standalone sessions. On supported screens, the workout control shows your workout or rest time and current exercise, with a quick way back to your session.
Review Suggested Weight Increases
When you complete every planned set and rep at or above the planned weight, Repigo can suggest an increase before your next workout.
The preview shows the current and suggested weights. Choose the increases you want to apply, keep the existing weight for other exercises, or select all available suggestions. Accepting a suggestion uses the higher weight for the session you start without immediately changing the saved workout template.
In Settings, open Weight Suggestions to adjust increments for different equipment, enable or disable categories, and choose the Suggestion Window. Include Older Workouts lets earlier successful sessions qualify regardless of their age.
Add And Remove Sets While You Train
You can now add sets and intervals directly below an exercise's rows. Swipe left to remove a row.
If a row is already completed, Repigo asks for confirmation before removing its recorded values. The remaining rows keep their values. These changes apply to the current session, giving you a way to adapt today's workout.
See Your Training Year In The Workout Calendar
Open History and tap the calendar icon to see completed workouts across the year. The grid makes regular training days and gaps easier to spot across the months.
Free users can view and share the current and previous calendar years. PRO unlocks earlier years and the option to share all available years together. Calendar images can use the current background or a transparent background when shared.
Meet Your Library
The Dashboard tab is now Library. Your programs, workouts, and exercises are still available together, under a name that better reflects what you'll find there.
Use Library to browse exercises and manage the programs and workouts you train with.
Fixes And Improvements
Monthly Reports and their Personal Records share card have a refreshed design. This release also includes bug fixes and improvements to workout logging, history views, and the overall app experience. Check your app store for version 2.2.0, or use the download links below if you are new to Repigo.
