Logging Feature
Workout Logging
A simple way to log sets, reps, weight, time, and notes while you train.
Keep Logging Practical During Your Workout
Log sets, reps, weight, time, distance, pace, and notes as you train. Your recorded sessions stay organized so you can review what you did last time and choose what to do next.
- Record the metrics that fit each exercise.
- Keep workout notes alongside your session.
- Use previous sessions when planning the next workout.
Adjust Sets And Intervals While You Train
Tap Add Set or Add Interval beneath an exercise to add an unfinished row using its last planned targets. Swipe left to remove a row. A completed row asks for confirmation before its recorded values are removed; the remaining rows keep their values.
Adapt Today's Session
Set and interval edits apply to the current session. Your saved workout template stays unchanged unless you explicitly accept template changes through the completion flow. Exercises without usable targets show Set Targets, and you can change existing targets through Edit Exercise. Continuous cardio has its own logging flow without set or interval controls; Heavy Single stays limited to one row.
