Monthly Reports
A monthly training recap with workout statistics, consistency, personal records, muscle coverage, and next-month recommendations.
What Are Monthly Reports?
Monthly Reports are a visual fitness recap inside Repigo’s Insights tab. They collect workouts, active days, duration, sets, volume, personal records, muscle coverage, and exercises in one review for a completed calendar month. You can use the report to review your consistency, training focus, progress, and areas that may need more attention.
Where To Find Your Monthly Report
Open the Insights tab in Repigo and select Monthly Reports. This gives you a dedicated place to review your training month by month and return to older reports whenever you want to see how your training has changed.
When Does A Report Become Available?
A report covers one completed calendar month, so it becomes available when the following month begins—for example, your January report appears in February. Older reports remain available, so you can review changes across your training history.
What Information Does The Report Include?
Each report includes a year-progress comparison, workout statistics, a training calendar, personal records, muscle distribution, top exercises, and next-month recommendations for PRO users.
Year Progress: See The Month In Context
The Year Progress section compares the selected month with the other months in the same year. You can switch between workouts, total duration, completed sets, personal records, total volume, muscle coverage, and exercises. This helps you identify longer-term patterns in your training.
Workout Stats: Your Monthly Training Summary
The Workout Stats section lists workouts completed, active training days, total training duration, completed sets, total strength volume, personal records, muscle coverage percentage, and exercises trained. Reviewing these figures together gives you a clearer view of the month’s training than any single metric.
Training Calendar: Make Consistency Visible
The Training Calendar marks your training days in a simple calendar grid. It shows how many active days you had and makes gaps, routines, and consistency easy to spot at a glance.
Personal Records: Review Your Milestones
The Personal Records section highlights milestones achieved during the month. Depending on the exercise, these can include records for weight, repetitions, volume, and maximum set duration. This makes it easy to review important performance improvements from the month.
Muscle Distribution: Understand Training Balance
Muscle Distribution shows how your strength and bodyweight exercises covered different muscle regions during the selected month. It includes an overall muscle coverage percentage, trained regions, a spider chart, a visual muscle map, and the strongest or most-trained area. PRO uses this information to make recommendations for the following month.
Top Exercises: Find The Work That Defined The Month
Top Exercises shows up to five of the movements that appeared most often in your training. You can see how much work you completed with each exercise and which movements were central to your routine.
Compare This Month With Last Month
Monthly Reports can show changes compared with the previous calendar month for workouts, duration, completed sets, volume, personal records, muscle coverage, and exercises trained. These comparisons help you see how your training has changed over time. A lower number can be expected during a deload, travel, recovery period, or change in training goal.
What PRO Adds
The basic Monthly Report is available to free users. PRO adds next-month recommendations and deeper coaching-related insights based on your muscle coverage and training balance. It can suggest an area to focus on, explain why, and connect your monthly review to broader recommendations for future workouts.
Share A Monthly Report Card
Sharing is available to free users. Choose from report cards for your monthly overview, personal records, consistency calendar, muscle distribution, or top exercises, then select a Transparent, Light, or Dark style. You can share the result to Instagram Stories, Snapchat, messaging apps, social posts, or save it to your device.
What Training Does The Report Reflect?
Monthly Reports are built around your strength and bodyweight training. Bodyweight work contributes to your workouts, sets, exercises, consistency, and muscle coverage. Volume is shown for weighted work, while cardio is currently not included in the report.
How To Use Your Report To Plan Next Month
Start with your active days and training calendar to review consistency. Then look at your stats, personal records, and top exercises. Use Muscle Distribution to check whether your training matches your current goal, and use Year Progress to compare the month with your longer-term pattern. Choose a practical focus for the next month, such as following a consistent schedule, giving more attention to an under-trained area, maintaining your current routine, or prioritizing recovery.
