Choose This Program If
- You want a simple 5x5 strength program.
- You like repeating a small set of compound lifts and tracking load increases.
- You are a beginner or early intermediate focused on squat, bench, deadlift, press, and row progress.
How The Program Works
Repigo 5x5 alternates Workout A and Workout B across three weekly training days. One week can run A, B, A, then the next week runs B, A, B.
The program is built around a small group of compound lifts, so progression is easy to understand: complete all prescribed sets with good form, then add a small amount of load the next time that lift appears.

Full Workout Plan
Day 1: Workout B
- Barbell Squat: 5 sets x 5 reps
- Barbell Overhead Press: 5 sets x 5 reps
- Barbell Deadlift: 5 sets x 5 reps
Day 2: Workout A
- Barbell Squat: 5 sets x 5 reps
- Barbell Bench Press: 5 sets x 5 reps
- Barbell Bent-Over Row: 5 sets x 5 reps
How To Progress
- Use the same lift variations each time so your log clearly shows whether the load is moving up.
- When all five sets are completed with solid form, add a small amount of load the next time that lift appears.
- If a lift stalls for multiple attempts, repeat the same load or reduce it slightly before building back up.
